Celebrating the brand's tenth anniversary, the Veja V-10 is the perfect blend of style and sustainability for the modern age. These sneakers are made entirely from eco-friendly and renewable materials. The upper is created from 100% recycled plastic bottles and leather from the Brazilian town of Rio Grande do Sul, the iconic V is made from rice residue and rubber, while the sole is a combination of recycled materials such as Amazon rubber, rice waste and recycled rubber. They are available in a variety of colours to perfectly complement your wardrobe.

Suede: leather cut from the back, while the fibers remain on the surface, suede is less prone to damage than nubuck.
ChromeFree leather: The bovine ChromeFree leather is smooth and light. Coming from farms located in the south of Brazil (Rio Grande do Sul), it undergoes an innovative tanning process where no chrome, heavy metals or dangerous acids are involved. By simplifying the tanning process, the use of chemicals and energy is limited, the use of water is reduced by about 40% and the use of salt by 80%. After tanning, the water is recyclable.

Amazonian rubber: Sourced from natural latex sustainably harvested in the Amazon rainforest. It is used in the soles of VEJA sneakers, supporting biodiversity and local communities while reducing the ecological footprint of shoe production.
Recycled rubber
The eco-friendly label
is used for products that are made using more environmently-friendly proceses which uses less water, energy and chemicals. Products with international certifications such as bluesign®, the 100 standard by OEKO-TEX® and MADE IN GREEN by OEKO-TEX® are placed under this label.
Recycled
Products with this label are made mostly of recycled materials mostly made from old waste such as plastic bottles and clothes. These products has smaller environmental footprint thanks to processing more waste materials than virgin materials.
